Simply browse our collections on our website, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at the moment, hopefully soon! :)
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders within Malaysia, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination.

Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?
Unfortunately, Moirae does not allow refunds. However, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
