1. Shipping Locations

Moirae currently ships to addresses within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: Shipping times are based on the processing time of the shipping carrier, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

 

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days.

Shipping costs are stated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary based on the shipping method and the delivery location. You will be provided with a shipping cost during checkout before completing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.


7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delays may occur due to weather conditions or shipping provider delays.

Moirae is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or restricted areas. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


9. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist in investigating the issue and finding a resolution.

For damaged goods, please provide photos of the damage so we can assist you more efficiently.


10. International Shipping (Currently Not Available)

At this time, Moirae only ships within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future. Please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.
